2 Year Partnership Visa
This visa is for couples who have been living together in the UK for 2 years and have continued their relationship. The requirements are the same as that of the Spouse Visa requirements; with the only difference being the place of application, this application for this visa can be submitted from within the UK. The applicant doesn’t need to go back to their home country.

If your partner is EEA (excluding the UK) or Switzerland citizen, you can apply for an EEA family permit to live in the UK. In order to be granted this permission, you also have to be an EEA citizen.
